Comment on Had we but world enough and time: Which way to walk

  1. Hullo. I'm curious as to whether you are already familiar with my website. That would be Red Hen Publications. (There is also a commercial site called Red Hen Press. Mine is not that one.) If so, have you ever explored the Publications collection?

I am very impressed with this series, as far as it's developed, and I am doing a personal reading copy, with graphics, for my own collection — that's not really an issue since those never leave my hard drive. I have a completed version of Vol. 1. I'll happily send you a copy for your own enjoyment if I have an email address to send it to.

I’ll admit, I would be very interested in being able to do a Red Hen Edition of this fic — or the series — for posting, if you would be willing to give me permission to do so. I do understand that an author may have very good reason not to want their work posted on someone else’s site, however.

The degree to which the author is involved involved in a posted project is up to the author. Most of the current posted publications were collaborative works which were done with the author's input. So you can basically set the style and treatment for anything that's to be posted (I can do a rebuild, none of this is set in stone). My publications are all built as letter-sized .pdfs. (Yes, I know. That’s just terribly 2010 and not really accessible from a smartphone, but they can probably be read on a tablet. This is, after all, a hobby, not a business.and this format gives me the maximum range for what I do with it.)

Let me know if you might be interested, or would like further information. I can be reached on AOL (same handle), and there is a mail link on the Red Hen site. I do hope that you might give it some consideration.
