I've been following this for a few days now (and eating up all your Murlexei stuff like a 5-star buffet. I love it all. Commenting is just....hard, for me right now, but I had to give you at least one), and it's so good! What a fascinating soulmate concept! I love the way you write all the characters, and how you reflect them in the daemons while also making them their own unique entities! I'm so relieved to see Alexei survived, given you marked the "Eddie Lives" tag but not the one for Alexei. I was actually kind of expecting Tolya to be the one to go after Grigori, but having Alexei avoid him altogether made the chapter really suspenseful. And Bell doing it in place of Joyce going after Kline was a delightful surprise, even if poor Eddie would not agree.
Anyway, I love this and I am very excited for future chapters. Even if I don't comment, know I'm here reading and enjoying!

Ah, yeah, I put the 'Eddie lives' tag in before I introduced Alexei, and forgot to add his tag, thanks for catching that so I can add it now! And yesss unfortunate for Eddie, but I felt like Bell deserved to take Grigori out, she and Joyce are the ones really getting things done... (and taking Grigori out early saves Hopper for both of them later)
