    And I thought you could only use commands by killing an Dragon and getting that thing I forgot the name? Or it is something else and I'm just dumb? Zero ideia where this ideia come from thought.

    If there's no need to kill an Dragon to do commands it was mentioned how he got it? Or it just... something everyone can do if they build an world or server?

    Thank God he won't kill any Dragon I was already going "Oh my gosh Scott no what no"

      ^ Yes, but it's subtle so far since it hasn't needed to be at the forefront yet. Near the start of Chapter 9, Lizzie said that you can gain a star by killing a dragon or killing the person with the star. Scott did get his command star from someone else- perhaps Skizz, but that's not confirmed at this time.

      The passing along of the command star is a concept I'm exploring more in side-stories like "Criminal Experience" and "Closed Door Policy," so if you're curious, you can check those out to learn more (I'm hoping to post Chapter 4 of the former on Friday, which has a cool fight scene unless I end up bumping that to Chapter 5, and in the latter, Scott's reaction to meeting Skizz is to question whether Skizz is Herobrine, as Herobrine is the poster child for having a command star).
