    Counseling of any kind is apparently something that doesn't actually exist or is actively ignored/discouraged in the world of MHA.

    That, or this is yet another one of Horikoshi's many, many oversights in his writing of MHA.

        From what I understand, Hound Dog's job doesn't actually involve the kind of "counseling" that's been talked about in this thread, so he wouldn't really do much to help anyway... which is sadly very consistent with Japan's apparent attitude toward mental & emotional health.
