    An unfortunate consequence of how I portrayed him... I wanted to make a Túrin different from the usual portayal, to make it obvious that without the curse and Thingol´s influence he would have been a completely different person than in cannon too, but I guess I went too far. Exactly what do you dislike about him?

    Yes, Melian and Elmo, along with his family, are about to become a marvellous team in controlling Thingol and doing damage control when they couldn´t. Without the Silmaril curse, Elwing IS like Nimloth, a bigot but not a violent one. Perhaps both can learn from Elmo and Galathil a thing or two and correct themselves before it comes to bite them in the ass again. Or they will drown in their own blood, whatever that happens first.

    As for Avranc, it has all to do with the kin-strife. It marked the end of Brethil and the House of Haleth... well, the descendants of Haldad got extinct because of that (Túrin´s and Húrin´s doing) and Avranc was named the new Halad, but didn´t have the same power and many of his people forsook Brethil. As he was grasping straws, trying to keep everything together, Díor gave the dying blow to the weakened House of Haleth, which left him with traumas, too many issues and a burning hate for everyone that had to do with the end of his House. Unfortunately for those people, once in Aman he discovered facets of himself that served him to start his rebellion... and will serve him well now.

      Well, having Turin be a disgusting player that flat out refuses to take responsibility for his actions(the kids that he creates) nor stop bed hopping plays a huge part in my dislike. I apologize, but I LOATHE players with a burning passion.
      If he really loves Beleg, he would quit making his dad's hair turn grey and actually get his act together and settle down.

        I also loathe players, but for some reason my portrayal of him ended up being like that... perhaps because I wanted something different than the usual portrayal of him. But yes, I also think that he should stop worrying Húrin and Morwen and settle down. He is not going to remain young forever, after all. Also, he might love Beleg, but Beleg thinks of him as a friend (with benefits some times, but that´s all), and even if Túrin changes, that´s not going to change.

          Is Beleg aroromantic? I've never seen him with anyone. Well except Mablung. And I don't think he likes Mablung like that.

            No, he and Mablung are just friends... and I think he might be. He never searched for that with anything, had his children as an accident and only accept to do it with Túrin so he could recover them.

              Okay, just reread the Turin part. WTF?! Why spy on Maedhros and Curufin in the baths?! I am honestly surprised that Fingon hasn’t castrated him. He is hardcore protective of Nelyo. Is he waiting for a good opportunity to strike and get his revenge? I know he normally isn’t the vengeful type. When his Russo is involved- all bets are off, and his vicious side comes out big time.
