    Maul teaching Leia is sooo good <3 he's so patient and so good with teaching. I love the glimpses of him reconnecting with his culture, and his almost subconscious caring about Kenobi. he might not be in love but he sure does love him <3 very eager to see how Obi-Wan will react to what he'll wake up to. thank you very much for this delicious meal, have a good week!!

      You put it perfectly! An almost subconscious caring for Obi-Wan is exactly what I've been going for. And he might not be in love...yet :D

      Canonically Maul wants an apprentice super badly for at least twenty years, and he is SO loyal to Ezra in his own twisted way. I'm having a lot of fun incorporating those aspects into his relationship with Leia. And at least in Legends, he has really keen observation skills as an assassin, and I feel like that would actually make him a pretty perceptive teacher.
