    How did Lloyd absorb the crystal, you ask? Well, allow me to explain. *chuckles evily because I am a magic nerd*

    Point #1: You see, while the Realm crystal may appear to be as a physical object in the eyes of Lloyd and most mere humans, it is in actually a mystic essence, or a hub point for all magic fitting that particular personality or flavor depending on the classification.

    Point #2: Cross dimensional travel is not possible for certain beings of dimensional structure, because their mass, density, and even proportional size may not coincide properly with the rules of the new realm or dimension. It is then necessary for the structure of the person, creature, or object to shift or else the travel between dimensions will destroy it. (Take the kids show “PJ Masks” for example. If the gangly, huge-headed bodies of the children from the show crossed over into the live-action realm of Marvel without alteration, they would basically just die. The new gravity would drag their big heads into the floor, their powers would be null because their power source isn’t in the new world, and yeah, they’d just slowly die as the weird physics crushed their small bodies.) Because Lloyd is from a Lego world, his body could be rejected or destroyed by the dimensional rules, thus his magic would need to alter his physical form a little to save him.

    Point #3: We have established that the Realm crystal is more a mystic focal point that an actual physical object, and that Lloyd’s form had to shift, or else he could be damaged/die, and that that’s only possible through magic or a strong focus of mystic energy. Now, back to the original question: how did the crystal get absorbed into Lloyd?

    The three most likely options are as follows:
    A. The Realm crystal was what shifted Lloyd’s form to fit the new world, and when it shifted his form it folded itself into the thick folds of his magic to make sure that it would also cleanly make the trip.
    B. Lloyd’s own Green protected him, but because Lloyd was holding it during the trip then it got all tangled up in him.
    C. PLOT DEVELOPMENT, BABY!!!

      Also the first spinjitzu master made it so it came from him in a more contained way in the form of the crystal, so the power went back to it's owner, the dragon side
