      Exactly!! I feel like the Targaryens believe that just because they’re in power that they automatically have power, when there’s so much more to do. They can’t arrogantly do nothing, flaunting their status, they need to be political and cunning which Daemon, Rhaenyra and especially Viserys are lacking in.

         I think with the dragons they never had to really develop political skills as they could always force the issue. Post dance, they are on equal level with everyone else.
         Daemon, Rhaenyra and Viserys don't get the work ot takes to run the realm.
