    I mean, dragon dreams exist. And the Targaryens ride honest-to-god dragons, proving magic exists and Targaryens are something… other. Who’s to say he didn’t age overnight and dragon-dreams fucked him up after quite literally seeing his whole life flash before his eyes, essentially having already done this before and aging him prematurely?
