Seeing the notification email for this fic pretty much just as I had woken up was better than any alarm clock lmao.
But damn, that was one messed up murder with quite the trauma sprinkled in. It's not really even bad, and writing murder mysteries that are not too cliche is hard so kudoes to you in that regard.
While I actually love Masumi(and the whole family tree for that matter), the forcefullness and just not even trying to talk privately about this is really stupid, so your views are justified.
See, it's a very damning and compelling piece to the puzzle-- there's a reason Shuichi never told them he didn't die. At the same time, I'm 80% certain he told Shukichi. Which says quite a bit about the family dynamic, if I'm being honest.
Glad you like it so far. I'm super bad at one off mysteries, so I'm glad you don't think this murder sucked too terribly haha
