    I READ THIS SOMETIME LAST YEAR AND THEN FORGOT ABOUT IT AND I JUST CAME BACK AND READ ALL 50 CHAPTERS IN ONE SITTING

    OH JESUS THAT ENDING HIT ME REALLY HARD OH FUCK OH FUCK

    Thank you for writing this, it's one of the most well thought out fanfictions I've ever read!!! The idea behind it is fascinating, and its execution was wonderfully done. I love Gabriel's character development, and how he can tell that he royally fucked up, and that he acknowledges that he was a shitty father even though it came from a protective place (and even though it wasn't entirely his fault since he was possessed, he seems to be trying to change his parenting methods by the end).
    10/10 would read again!!!
