    I must say I found it interesting. The feeling of hopelessness, the lack of positivity and the knowledge that both of them will inevitably die in some way. I just wonder if Kafka and Himeko will kill each other, accept their own death in each other's company or try to find some attempt at greater comfort during the time, for example, Kafka seems to consider sex with Himeko at certain points, but I wouldn't say that it would be the most pleasurable thing for both of them at the moment, although it would be better than languishing at the mercy of fate as they see it doing.

    I don't imagine that they will kill themselves at the end of it all, and that no matter how much they dislike each other, they will "enjoy" that they have at least some company at the end of it all.

    1. Thank you for reading!! I'm glad it served to provoke some thought, and yeah absolutely - it's really hard to know where anything will go next because I'd argue that both individuals are incredibly volatile in their current circumstances. What will win out? The diktats of human nature or their individual pride/drive/emotions?
