Comment on You Can Die But Not Me?

  1. Totally agree. I love 1st tl Kishiar and can sympathize with him a lot even if I don't know all the context past the free chapters. I also like how human it made him seem. Sure, it wasn't great to be Yudrein and boy do I sympathize with Yudrein as well, but 1st tl Kishiar's behavior really is understandable. Sometimes things done with good intentions don't turn out so good, sometimes we do things and they just fail badly, sometimes things just fall apart even despite our best efforts and hopes and dreams.

And I also think that Kishiar would suffer more with Yudrein's fate. Yudrein really is more solitary/independent by nature. Kishiar actually does depend more on people and after this event, his mentality is going to fracture more and make him cling onto those who are left out of fear that they are going to go too (yet at the same time make him hesitant and fragile b/c yet another plan that had failed horribly and this time directly led to the death of his loved one; Kishiar's going to doubt himself more and there's no 2tl Yuder to tell him he's on the right path).
