    If Floyd found the village in time to get captured that gives me the impression that he was tossed in the pot along with everyone else which means he was in the same place with Branch. If that's true it sounds like their reunion happened much sooner (unless something else occurred that prevented that.)

    I'm just trying to make sense of things so far, don't mind me.
