    I'm worried for these woman. They've clearly been through a lot. I'm glad Ellie is letting them know that Lisa is not a god, and that she's human like everyone else. She's human and she's good. Humans can just be genuinely good. And I also think that Lisa would NOT want to be worshipped as a god. She just wanted to help people.

      This is set up for an important realization that Elle has later. They have to mythologize the events of the war because it’s the only way they can cope with what they’ve lived through.
