Yeah, I know what you mean about the rushing :-/ A lot of this was written quite late at night in my desire to get it out there, and that's when I tend to be more brief. I figured I'd make up for it in the next section, where I have more memories returning. I was also trying to keep the *entire* fic under 5,000 words as a personal goal, and it wasn't until quite late that I gave up on that and admitted there needs to be a second section, but I just have to be careful about getting carried away with long scenes because otherwise I'll have another 80,000 word story like Prayers (which was supposed to be 20,000) and I figured you guys would like me to finish my Hobbit fics at some point too!
