    Ah, crack fics really are the best, aren’t they? And wow, you’ve read my Soukoku stuff?! That’s so cool to hear—it means a lot, especially since it was before you even had an AO3 account!

    I’ve actually been into ORV since the novel started getting translated into English, but I only recently took the plunge into writing fanfics for it. The sheer potential for throwing these characters into embarrassing or ridiculous situations is unmatched. And honestly, the “Yoo Joonghyuk’s mind works in mysterious ways” rule is practically a cheat code for good Joongdok fics.

    A secret Santa fic is such a brilliant idea! The thought of Yoo Joonghyuk being forced into a festive scenario is hilarious—imagine him trying (and failing) to navigate the whole thing while Kim Dokja is just sitting back, orchestrating the chaos. If I can get my thoughts together, I might actually try writing one! But no pressure on your end—sometimes it’s nice to let an idea stew for a while, and there’s always next year.
