    Abomination is what it means in the house of El Clark saw his clone as an Abomination and literally name him after what his first reaction was. Kon-El basically means abomination of the house of El rude.

        I have no idea on if Clark knew or not I just know what Kons name means because a friend and me found it bull crap that someone would make there kid that. I honestly don't think Conner knows at least which is probably a good thing.
