    okay, listen.
    when my friend sent me this fic's link and told me "you should read this; it's a DabiHawks Bachelorette AU" I thought they'd gone nuts. I don't even like the Bachelorette (or reality TV in gente tbh), but I've been reading this fic for months and??? it's definitely my second favorite story in this whole site??? it's so good??
    I came here kind of expecting crack and instead you've made me cry multiple times, what the fuck?
    anyway, when you updated I realized I didn't remember who practically any of the OCs were, nor any of the plot points, and I thought "hey, since I'll have to go back a few chapters, why don't I just read everything all over again?" and then I realized I had never commented (which I feel is a crime considering how much utter and unabashed JOY i get from this story), I decided I'd read it all over and comment from the top. so hi. I'm about to fill up your inbox.
    this starts so good already?? like, the band. Misty. Dabi's everything. THE BAND.
    I love the LOV so much, and it's so hard to find a fic that does them justice, because from what I've seen, people either just make them black-and-white villains, or smooth them over to the point where they're not just OOC, but also boring. and you don't!!! they're amazing!! I love your portrayal of every single one of them, it's so good!!! it feels so genuine and, especially with how you've tweaked their backstories, it just... it feels so *real*, y'know? I love it.
    I'll probably gush more about it in future comments because your portrayal of them is one of the things that make me love this story so much (by "this story" I do mean both BAON and TSoP). so yeah.
    and Misty!!!! Misty is a QUEEN I adore her SO MUCH. I don't even have words, I just love her.
    Dabi going into The Bachelorette just for the free vacation and food is a Mood fr. it's just... chef's kiss, honestly. absolutely perfect.
    and I love how people think Dabi's somehow cool and collected and stuff when inside he's just... A Mess. I just absolutely love that.
    thank you for writing and posting this wonderful story! <3 it's carried me through some real tough days, and it's about me to carry through some tougher still.
