I love how Rui immediately recognized Tsukasa. It's still so funny to me to imagine Mafuyu so expressive.
I'm just imagining the rest of the diner watching this very loud and energetic reunion lolll.
“I,” Tsukasa begins to protest with great dignity, raising an offended finger.
He doesn’t continue. That’s as much as he’s got.
“You,” Nene huffs in agreement, though conversely she looks a touch pleased to be saying it. “What was that, thirty seconds of silence? Should we put that down as a record?” Even Tsukasa is too off put by the whole thing to protest XDD
“A vital part of the scientific process,” Rui agrees with a little grin as he turns to her. “And it’s a rather convoluted experiment we’ve fallen into, isn’t it, Tsukasa-kun?”
A second passes. Rui’s smile falters when Tsukasa misses his cue.
“Tsukasa-kun?” he tries again, looking back towards him uncertainly.
Tsukasa swallows, meets his concerned gaze in full, and smiles. There’s a knot in his chest so warm he feels like he could burst.
“I’m really glad you guys are here,” he admits, blinking the heat out of his eyes as best as he can. Awwwwww! Was not prepared for the Feels. Poor Tsukasa. It's really a tough situation for all of them.
The banter between wxs is a nice way to keep the mood light and very amusing!
Ooooo, the rest of the Sekai members are blocked off from the SEKAI's? Interesting.
Tsukasa subconsciously tied Mafuyu's hair up in her usual style. Interesting.
The whole bit about Tsukasa making breakfast was soooo tense. Ough.
Intriguing to see how Mafuyu views Tsukasa's facial expressions on her body. Also the bit about Composing the Future being in the same state as Tsukasa's song makes me wonder if she will connect the dots about them both being songs related to SEKAI, meaning they find out about each others SEKAI's? idk
I could feel the awkwardness with the seating arrangements, lol.
I love seeing wondershow interactions from mafuyu's perspective.
The tension from earlier returns in full force now that Tsukasa/Mafuyu needs to be back home by 4... The way everyone is just subtly at each other's throats! And then Kanade's interjection... an angry Kanade is a scary Kanade.
ANPTHER WXS/N25 PARALLEL??? OMG! Rui protecting Tsukasa and Kanade protecting Mafuyu - the mutual feeling of wanting to put their friends behind them is... ahqlskaksnekdks
Amazing chapter. Will be looking out for any future chapters if you decide to continue! No pressure though, these four chapters were very delicious and I'm glad I read them <3
