ahhh thank you SO much, your comment made my day!! I LOVE childhood friend tropes too, in whatever way, shape or form, and the moment I got this idea, I knew I had to write it. And I think it's been the easiest fic I've ever written? I just had such a clear image in my head of how I wanted them to be and feel, and this fic basically wrote itself. It's also become very special to me, so I am really happy other people seem to like it too!!
I'm glad you thought they were soft and adorable, because that was also really what I wanted to convey. Just, how they make each other's lives better, how they make each other HAPPY.
