   He is just so shamefully offended in all adaptations that it almost physically hurt me.
   PLUS, HE DIED SO WELL IN THE FINALE OF BOOK 1, WHICH IS EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY SAD.
   (The cut scene in Lynch's movie was the most beautiful.)
   AND THANKS, COMRADE. It really hurts a lot without antiquity.

      So that's what happened to him. I thought he was allowed to return to Caladan after the battle with the Harkonnens and Sardaukar. The way the book was written kinda confused me a lot. Thanks.

         I thought you are know. PARDON...
         And..I would recommend watching a cut-out scene of Lynch's movie. She was simply excellent. And from my personal point of view, it's no worse than the book ending.
         She's lying on YouTube.
