    I was already entranced by the concept of Kimi and George as Brocedes’ custody battle children, but I am fully enamored with unreliable narrator 13-year old boy George.

    Literally the first scene is him being incredibly mean to Kimi for no reason and I love it because 13 year George Russell would 100% do that. He is a 13 year boy who is also full of himself and a perfectionist, he is going to be terrible to his little brother. It’s inevitable.

    I also just love how he is right at that age where he is starting to get things, but is also incapable of really getting it. Like he says, Max is boring because he talks about racing all the time and sure I talk about racing all the time too, but I’m different and cooler than Max because reasons. He is so close to having some empathy and then just goes no, Max is just lame and has no friends.

    And he is observant enough to see how terrible Jos treats Max after races and how miserable it makes Max. But then he comes to the totally wrong conclusion of if, I was just tough and emotionless like Max, I would win races too! Like babes, that is not the point.

    I just think it is neat to see a younger character get to act young and make mistakes. And I can’t wait to see what terrible harebrained plan 13 year old George has cooked up.
