    I bet that halo has advanced recycling technology. Like a perfect filters and a high % of recycling like 90% or almost 100%.and since Night city is filled with trash you can make UNSC Corps having cleaning duties or trash collector.
    It will both make ressources (organics for crops/foods and material from metal/plastic.. Etc).
    Also terraforming tech could be interesting (nothing about the moon? It's supposed to be colonized)
