oh dear, he's heading to the don't go there at that time meeting... I know vague notes were probably on purpose as a plausible deniability thing so if someone saw them he wouldn't immediately be made, and that he could not have forseen the memory loss, but oh dear he is going to the wrong place at the wrong time as if it's an appointment, hopefully the bats also show up so they can help him and see the consequences of their actions.
good on Jason for checking on Tim? I assume that was what he was doing? he was rather consuspicuos about it... why'd he show up while Tim was supposed to be at school? did he somehow find out that Tim wasn't at school and that's why he wanted to check on him?

Hahah yep, he's accidentally played himself 😅 There were actually more things hidden in his room, but he wasn't able to find them — he took great care to hide the more obvious stuff (such as the actual photos) and the rest, like you said, is kept vague on purpose. He's a little too good at being secretive!
And yes! He was checking on Tim, both to make sure he's okay and that the spell has worked (that's why he wasn't being sneaky about it, and even repeated something he said to him as Robin — a test of sorts, to make sure the magic won't unravel so easily the next time he sees Batman or Robin somewhere). My thought process was, they checked and knew he was in Gotham the previous day, and this morning they were watching Drake Manor. Jason directly headed over once it was already the afternoon and Tim hadn't left for school or anything.
