Comment on AO3 performance issues

    Just out of curiosity, what recent events with ff.net?

    (I ask, because though I myself no longer post there, some of my smaller fandoms are very strongly ff.net-based and so the stability of that site is relevant to my interests)

      It seems that ff.net are currently tightening their enforcement of their terms of service and have removed some stories for issues such as mature language in titles and summaries. As far as I understand it, the technical stability of the site isn't in question, but some fans are concerned that the site may no longer welcome their fanworks.

        Thanks. I'll have to go and save copies of any even remotely mature stories I have bookmarked there, I guess ;)

        (though personally I don't have much trust on the technical stability of that place either, considering that I haven't been able to post a review there while logged on for over a year...)
