    I just realized something, since her body is new, would that technically mean that when they kiss, would it technically be their first kiss again? I could Sally saying that to Sonic to flirt and give him some extra "motivation" lol

      Technically Sally's head and spine are original, with everything else being new (Eggman's a twisted piece of filth) but I could see Sally terming it her 'first' kiss as a sign of her embracing her new body and moving past her trauma as well as a means to flirt with Sonic.

        Like of course she keeps her boots and jacket but she also starts wearing something similar to her post-reboot outfit?

              That is good, though as with most Sally designs, I'm still not a big fan of the shorts or shirt being black. I feel like they either need to be blue or white.

              Maybe it's just me, but even with the reboot outfit the presence of black always seemed to throw off the color balance.

                Well it is the common color for sports wear, which that is clearly supposed to be. I personally like it, it's a good contrast to the brightness of the blue, adding more blue would make it look saturated and again the white is too bright
