Not Harbinger, Qrow's still using that! For reasons that will be revealed, Ruby hasn't exactly had the time nor resources to make a signature weapon yet, and that means she just has one of Qrow's old prototypes (which I just assumed exist, since he's the one who came up with the Big Fat Scythe fighting style). Sorry if that wasn't clear.
But also, yes, she's pretty different in this AU in terms of combat ability. More on that later.
