    Oh no, absolutely! I really appreciate you taking the time to reply and clarify some things — seriously, thank you.
    At first glance, I definitely had that impression. But reading more carefully, I can see what you meant, and where you were going with it. That’s on me.

    That said… me and Sally? Yeah, we've never exactly clicked. There’s just something about her that’s always rubbed me the wrong way — and honestly, that might be more about Rick’s writing than anything else. His portrayal of her has always felt a bit uneven to me, and this scene just brought all of that to the surface.

    But again, I totally get where you're coming from now. Thanks for shedding a bit more light on it!

      and yeah, the older I get, the more Sally just ... feels off when I re-read the series. glad to know I'm not alone in that!
