    I'm glad Ben and Finn are developing another unlikely friendship. And that they touched on why Ben let Finn go on Jakku. The explanation you gave is pretty much my interpretation as well-- that whatever excuse Ben gave himself, the reality was that he saw himself in Finn, saw Finn as the person he wished he could be or maybe at some point was-- that is, a person who could look at the FO's deeds and say 'no,' instead of Ben, who said 'it's too late.'

    Gardener Finn is a really cute idea too. I can definitely see him and Rey both developing that affinity. And I wonder how that cottage will be used in the future...
