Oh, this was such a relaxing read. Slow, easy, aaah ... it felt like the beginning of a novel, with the slow pace, nothing much going on. Just life. Preparing for something big or just a new day. I feel like going for a walk in the forest right away, it works wonders for the soul. I especially enjoyed following Chris being all by himself and shuffling about in the early morning. Those moments are so special and pure. Thank you for a wonderful, soothing reading experience - you're rigtht about there being too little of that 😊

I'm glad to hear you enjoyed every second of it and really, if there is anything else in this world that I wanna see more of, it's the wild team just doing normal everyday things, not to say that there is anything wrong in them literally risking their lives while trying to save animals, I personally enjoy most at times the little moments between one another where you can really see their bond together come to light.
Just as they did in that short fencing moment between Aviva and Koki, that badminton game, their little halloween party, just those off the top of my head, naturally I as a person who enjoys cosy feelings and a nice found family alongside it, I had to write this out and I'm not just gonna be stopping there, that's for sure.

Relatively few seem to write the grounded, slow/steady stuff like you, I found it inspiring! I'm not even sure I think the description 'slice of life' cuts it (pun!), since they're usually so short. This was more like a three course meal of life 😊 Sehr gut!! 😉
What can I say, I'm on a roll, okay but jokes aside It was really high-time for me to finally release these works after like weeks of the old case of writer's burn-out. I'm happy now though that I can finally write again !!
Aaah, a fellow whump writer I see, I totally get you on that don't worry. I mean, there aren't really any other options per se, especially when we always just get to see these poor innocent loveable dorks smiling from ear to ear every second they're on screen. It just makes you wanna ruin their lives for fun, man I wanna write a whump story now too.

I LOVE it more than anything, besides whump of course but slice of life is just so perfect, augh I can't even describe how much I love it, other than just, yk, I love it!
When well executed, it mostly comes down to just letting the narrative or the plot rest for a single moment. It's just those vulnerable moments between said Characters, where they're just doing their thing, calming their minds after a stressful day, or just overall putting in some extra bonding to have the relationships grow closer to one another. Honestly, I could go on and on but this comment is already way too long so I'm really sorry that you have to put up with my rambling.

Well it was great to interact with someone from the same little fandom ! Okay I am not exactly in the position to push this, but I'm just gonna say that challenging yourself from time to time to strive beyond your normal limits can come with some interesting results, and I would find it really interesting to see just what ideas others would come up if they were to write slice of life or just normal fluff. Overall, it comes down to you, but from what I've read and seen so far you have quite the hand when it comes to whump and angst <3
