    I think it works well in any case! If the reader figures out what I'm alluding to, they're living with the anxiety of what will happen when Mirage finds out - knowing that he will not be happy.

    Or, if people actually follow the train of thought I highlight with Soundwave, they get hit in the face the moment Mirage appears out of nowhere. I am very very happy with how this turned out!

    In any case, you're in for angst out of nowhere whether you see it coming or not and I'm happy I managed that
