Well right now, since Bruce can't control his changing into the Hulk, much less control Hulk's actions, there are only four possible Avengers. Unless Fury already has Captain America out of the ice, and, a way to contact Thor to try and persuade him to join Fury's team of "remarkable" people. But then there are future *rewritten?) chapters to come when we'll see what happens.
