    You said you can't write romance, but I think this is really good. They're so sweet to each other that it makes me smile. And this rewritten version feels more hopeful so it's more ...easier? to read (not that I don't like sad or heavy stories, but with how the anime adaption is about to reach "that scene", I'm probably gonna favor a hopeful story for a while lolsob) My only comment probably gonna be how Eno (Mephisto) seems to still more or less be his canon-self here. I mean, I understand that it's entirely possible that he could still be like that despite how Alina is still alive and Talulah is still the fighter Talulah. Maybe Talulah was too occupied, and Alina was too weak to always keep watching over him. But some explanations might help solidify his character in this story more if he gonna have more appearances in the future chapters

      Yeah I do plan on getting to the other Reunion members eventually, it isn't a Reunion without them, after all.

        Anyway, I once saw a video of a deer eating a snake because they need to...
        (In that video, they probably just needed more protein, maybe this good deer can do that too 💭)
