    Not the guy you replied to, but the fic is called "Relic of the Future" by Coeur Al'Aran.

    Premise is that everybody gets wiped while trying to fight Salem, with Jaune being the only survivor. He is then sent far into the past, where the main cast were still little kids.

    It's a good story honestly. It's a big read though at 176 chapters, but I'd say it's one of my personal favorite RWBY fics.
