Okay I like this idea. It also kinda reminds me about a novel about someone who is able to communicate with ghosts and is able to learn new skills from them and he lets them posses him from time to time so that the can live again. I can see the version of Izuku doing the same thing but with quirks instead, but that might make him to op.
