I don't know about this one. One, I love Inko so her being a bad parent is weird for me but I can see it working. Two, If Izumi becomes a vigilante is she fighting LOV or just interacting with them? And Why would she suddenly go to UA? But that's just me questioning thing. I can a story like this be one were Izumi gets taken in by other vigilantes and trains with them and the might have a run in with LOV, hell they could even find out about their attack on the USJ. Sorry for dumping my own idea here, I'm pretty detail oriented and this idea doesn't feel like it had enough like the previous one.
Ah. got it, well in that case with Dabi there I can see criminals running scared and spreading rumors about a blue flamed demon, that if he leaves any criminals alive.
