Comment on Finding A Place In An Abandoned World

  1. Hmmmm a positive surprise for sure.

I gave up on the anti-ntr fics because they're almost all too bad. The bashful and vengeance content ended up filling a little too forceful down the throat and sometime later it turns just as tiring as seeing ntr by itself.

And that's kinda why I'm liking what I'm reading here. Angst/wholesome is the dynamic duo of fanfictions for a reason, and seeing how this story escapes the common hate ball, I'm feeling more interested.

Welcome to AO3! I hope you stories turns to be a rewarding Journey, I'm sure to be observing it. I hope the best of healing for ritsuka here. Your husband isn't he?

I admit I'm far from being a BB fan, but I do appreciate the glaze to a more non-common pairing. Besides, I have a open heart, you're free to convince me wrong as this story goes on.

Wish you all the fun in the process, hope everything goes well!

    1. Thank you very much and If you want to know. I seen so many Anti Ntr FGO to focused on the revenge and never the recovery part as the best thing for a broken heart is a way to build it back up. And I really love Ritsuka, I also like Koya X Ritsuka and Da vinci X Ritsuka which isn't shown much in AO3

    2. Same.

Other things I hate about the average Anti NTR fic are:

-Making the MC get into an incestous relationship out of nowhere (looking at alot of Kokujin fics)
      -Turning everyone into a caricature.
-Treatung the cheating aspect as the biggest sin, despite there usually being worse factors (see mass baby killing in that one Fate NTR)

    3. I know that it took a whole fucking month to at this, but in my head, I think that most Anti-NTR fanfics tend to fall on the same trap: overindulgent revenge.

Like yeah, NTR is bad and cheating is one way to commit the sin of lust, but did the person who is writing the Anti-NTR fanfic (not counting the author over there) have to go way overboard? How long would it take until you are done with your vengeance? There's a reason why too much is too much.

Revenge isn't always the best answer to everything. It's about letting go and starting over, to instead fix yourself from the ashes

Also, reading Anti-NTR fanfics make me feel like I'm reading the Boys comics; too much on something, but it has entertainment value in how much I can go "I got what I read for".
