So glad you appreciate the formatting! It was a bit of a pain to translate into AO3's html, so love that it's well-received! Writing the command line with the Doctor actively fighting it was like... horrifying for me as the writer. It's the "Stop! I won't—Autonomous cognition disabled" that really got to me and made me feel viscerally ill—which is how I knew I had to keep it in editing. That mid-thought interruption and edit, particularly with Tamsin's earlier comment of "You will be [a set of variables I can tune]." It's just. Sickening. We get to see a bit more of that Instant Tuning and every time it is horrible it is so awful.
I love the swimming episode. The swimming episode is lovely and normal and nothing concerning happens at all.
