Thanks to the Reds and Blues for taking Locus in for the past year, his recovery is a slow process, but it leaves him vulnerable. More so than before. Locus starts to "hallucinate" Felix being there with him for the past 4-6 months being with the troopers, when in reality it's just Felix's ghost. Felix has been planting a new seed until he has complete control once again.
