This story is set in 2028. The child involved is the biological daughter of John Watson and the woman who called herself Mary Morstan, but as she was named well before s4 she is not Rosie. In this AU John took the drastic action of taking himself and his infant daughter to Scotland to live, cutting off all ties with Sherlock after Mary was killed by someone taking revenge for their actions, and letting Sherlock back into their lives when Louise, the kiddo, forced John's hand one fateful day around Christmas 2026.
This RP was great. I really enjoyed writing it and I will get around to putting the links here for anyone interested in reading the archives. But sadly it ended with the untimely death of Sherlock after a leukemia diagnosis. I continued the story for a little while but wound it down earlier this year (2018) This takes during the period I wound it down.
As I'm missing writing this RP so much, I took the decision to fic this little sojourn to Edinburgh they had, as I already started with Darkness and Release. It's transformative work of my own transformative work...
