Summary
“I can’t fucking believe this” Hank grouses to himself, turning the heating in his car higher in order to fight off the chill coming in from the cracked open window. He and Connor weren’t exactly on good terms with Fowler after the deviant fiasco and he supposes he isn’t in the right to complain that they got a case which isn’t exactly glamorous.
Connor isn’t in the car with Hank, no, his partner is stood a few metres away; perched against the wall and Hank supposes it’s a good thing Connor can’t feel the cold as such, because the android is scantily clad, a tight pair of briefs and that’s as far as his protection goes.
As creepy as it is to say, Connor pulls off the sex bot look well.

The android after that night was surprisingly more chipper, still business as usual but every so often he would meet Hank’s gaze from across the desk and smile at the older man; occasionally nudging Hank with his foot playfully, or if Hank was getting riled up.
Hank had been contemplating just how strange it would be dating an android before, but now he actually was, it was kind of nice. Besides, Connor was hardly just your everyday android, was he?

Summary
It's meant to be Hank's and Connor's day off, but relaxing doesn't seem to quite be something to universe cares to give them.
With android dead, her wife missing and no possible leads to go on it seems they need a miracle or ten to solve this case.
That is until they find an unlikely witness. Now Hank has to ensure that the witness is protected from whoever is trying to harm them while trying to balance his own issues, the case and getting information from the witness.Hank's convinced life just has it in for him.
