An AU featuring our beloved Johnnys as med school students and doctors!
In this universe, med school lasts 6 years. Once you finish high school, you are able to enter med school IF you pass the entrance exams. The first two years have basic subjects like biochemistry, molecular biology, anatomy...); third and fourth year students have subjects more related to medicine per se, but still don't have much contact with patients; and the last two years are called "internship", and the students (a.k.a., interns) spend most of their time at the hospital, working with the patients.
