And Magnus has the feeling he’s swallowing thickly. And finally he hears the words mount his throat, or whatever it is, and he manages to say it, finally. He can ask. «Why? «Magnus, you said...» he begins to say.
«There's something I don’t like, Alexander. That plant is different from the others. It didn’t react to your angelic energy like the other that attacked Barbie as soon as he got too close to its perimeter...» he explains, his eyes fixed on the ominous plant that is climbing in the sky.A mission that goes horribly wrong, Magnus who as usual saves the day but risks everything, his life in the forefront. Alec who has to face this terrible loss, and then, finally everything returns to normal. Magnus survives.
But is it really all that simple?
Now they have to deal with the aftermaths of Magnus' choices, and something in their lives will change for good.
