The Afterlife can be a bit confusing, especially if you're a member of the Straw Hat Pirates. With Order and Chaos dabbling in their death, it can only get worse. So when offered a chance from Death to go on adventures beyond their death at a simple price, of course none of them refuse. Especially with the reward on the Horizon, and the memories of a full life at their backs.
And Zoro, it would make sense that he'd go to the place in need of a swordsman stronger than any other to aid in the saving of the world.
