Description:

Dean Winchester hasn't had the easiest life, without much left to believe in, he doesn't even believe in himself and after a series of unexpected and unfortunate events (like the death of his father, losing his job, and finding himself almost broke) love might be the only thing he has left to believe in, but he'd just be lying to himself since he hasn't had a stable relationship in months. Ready to end it all, Dean ventures to California to say his good-bye to his brother Sam, stopping in a run-down greasy spoon to treat himself to a burger and last slice of pie. It's there that he meets Benny Lafitte, a bear of a man who's just as down on his luck, it may not be love at first sight, but it may just be love at first bite.

Notes:

A collection of one-shots set in an alternate universe where Benny is a baker and Dean is a mechanic, they're both down on their luck, but find everything that they need in each other.
