Summary
The summer after Will turns seventeen is the first one Jonathan calls to say he can't make it home at all. Not one single day. A three-month trip to Europe with Nancy can't wait any longer, it seems.
(AU pre-S3. No spoilers whatsoever.)

Summary
Hawkins dies a slow death after July Fourth. Will's been a witness to dusty streets and deserted parking lots for seventeen summers, and there's little chance the trend's about to break now.
In the same 'verse/continuity as What I Did on My Summer Vacation, or even a vague sequel if you squint, but can definitely stand alone.
(AU pre-S3. No spoilers whatsoever.)

Summary
Senior year starts out with Billy packing up and driving off for California early Monday morning, and ends with Will's mom picking him up after school to take him for pancakes and a Talk, as if he's back to being a little kid again, messing up in a way which a diner dessert could make better.
I want to say this could be read as a standalone. Like, there's enough context clues to make it make sense. But I recommend reading What I Did on My Summer Vacation and All the Small Towns in America first for the background and the better porn.
(AU pre-S3. No spoilers whatsoever.)
