Summary
Acquiring a whole new quirk was rare but a possibility when someone is a mix of both quirks of their parents. And aspiring to be a hero from a family who has always been in a different career was difficult. Y/N had to train herself twice as hard, as a result. But she was determined and wanted to fulfill her dreams. Getting an admission to U.A. High School was just the start of it.
But along with it came other problems. Problems like Katsuki Bakugou - a foul-mouthed kid she has been dealing with since childhood and it was worse for being a friend of Izuku Midoriya. But the problems and fights she had revealed a new emotion in her for him, something she wasn't aware of for suppressing it. A strange feeling of similarity engulfed both of them - the same kind of fear they faced.
Then why the hate for each other? Well, they never tried to understand each other.
A sense of terror filled her heart. It was easier to deny the new feeling that was blooming in heart for the blond.

Summary
As realization hit Y/N in the face, her emotions started showing more than she wanted to in front of him.
Him.
Bakugou.
New friendships began while some old ones withered away. Acceptance was better than denial.
But life is not a fairytale. It was the first time she felt giddy like a little girl when she felt the distance close between them. But his actions were a constant reminder of how her place in his life was the same as before.
She wanted to be mature about it. But the matters of heart can't be kept in control.

Summary
It was suffocating.
Bakugou's behavior turned sour. It was painful to be 'just an extra'. Something Y/N has been afraid of for a long time. But it was nearly not as painful as to not confessing her feelings and getting to lift the burden from her heart.
The blond rejected her even before she got the chance to tell him.
Although now it was better for her career. No distraction, right? Moving on would be a piece of cake.
It...it should have been easy.

Summary
Y/N was ready to keep the promise she made to herself. She did all she could to stay away from the blond. But it still hurt when the blond showed no change in his attitude after what happened.
