Summary
In a world where Izuku got All Might’s quirk but did not go to UA.
Without the crutch of having Recovery Girl’s Quirk on call and with All Might already contracted to teach at UA, Izuku spent his first-year training with Gran Torino and home schooling himself. Gran Torino did not let him even think about using the quirk until he could last against him quirkless so by the time he was allowed to use it he was proficient in hand to hand, had an improved reaction time from the constant dodging and had bulked up quite a bit.
After the USJ, All Might realized that having a set time and place where villains could find the number one hero was a bad idea and resigned, switching to a more staggered part time position and using the new free time to focus on his successor.
Kamino never happened.
Series will follow Eijirou Kirishima as he struggles to land the hero of his dreams, 20-year-old, #10 hero, Dekiru.
