He’s so defenceless like this, so pliant, soft and warm. Sherlock strokes a trembling hand over John’s stomach, eyes fluttering at the feel of sleep-warm skin still beneath his fingertips. He scratches through the soft trail of hair on his belly, feeling a thrill at the lack of response.
